The original guy who was scheduled to clean my gutters immediately told me a higher price before ever getting up on the roof. I specifically asked him to address an issue. When he left, debris was left on my front porch, patio out side of rear door and carpet.I contacted the office and they sent someone to address the unfinished business. In addition I asked Jonathon to my original specific concern. Not only had it not been done but a very basic problem was not addressed or cleaned.Jonathon took care of everything and was very pleasant while doing it. Unfortunately he was having to finish up the original work that I paid more than I was quoted.For this reason I am leaving a good review essentially for the quick response and a good employee that took care of my issues

Jonathan was really really thorough. He cleaned the windows inside and outside, cleaned the outside tracks, powerwashed soffit and garage door. All looks amazing and sparkles! Thankyou!!!

I’ll admit, I was skeptical, but Erik’s team made me a believer. The service (window and gutter cleaning) was done on a day it rained. They were still able to do a great job on the windows and screens, and they offered a rainy day guarantee to come back out and touch up anything we needed. Turns out, the job was done right the first time and no touch ups needed! Definitely worth to time and investment to have our windows done.
